INITIAL CONSULTATION
Initial Consultation £90 (Please note, an additional £20 will be payable for face-to-face appointments)
1 hour appointment consisting of an assessment of your current diet and advice individually tailored to you.
FOLLOW UP CONSULTATION
Follow-up Consultation £50 (Please note, an additional £20 will be payable for face-to-face appointments)
30 minute appointment to review the current plan and make changes accordingly.
MEAL GUIDE
Individually Tailored 1-week Meal Guide £55 (only available with initial consultation)
Calculated energy and macronutrient requirements with detailed information about portion sizes, recipes and snack suggestions.
8-WEEK WEIGHT LOSS PACKAGE
8 Week Weight Loss Package: £350 for a face-to-face programme (£260 for a video call based programme)
Initial consultation (1 hour)
4 x Follow-up consultations (30 minutes, fortnightly)
Typically aimed at clients with a smaller amount of weight to lose (<5kg) or those looking for guidance to get them started on the right track.
COW'S MILK PROTEIN ALLERGY PACKAGE
Cow's milk protein allergy Package: £215 (£160 for a video call based programme)
Initial consultation (1 hour)
2 x Follow-up consultations (30 minutes) - these will be scheduled to provide support at milestones in your child's CMPA journey
Correspondence with referrer and prescribing GP as required
For diagnosed CMPA only. Must be referred by GP, Health visitor or Consultant via email. Not appropriate for children with multiple food allergies.
GROUP CONSULTATIONS
Group Initial Consultation £100 (1 hour)
Group Follow up Consultation £75 (45 minutes)

Where 2-4 people have similar nutritional goals and circumstances a group consultation may be a great way to access dietetic support at a discounted rate.
